How does the $0 upfront model work?
Instead of paying thousands of dollars upfront, you pay a monthly subscription. This includes the design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. It spreads your cash flow and ensures we are always incentivized to keep your site performing perfectly.
Who owns the website?
With the One-Off Build, you own 100% of the code upon final payment. With the Partner Model, you are renting the digital assets. However, after 12 months, you have the option to buy out the website and take full ownership if you choose to leave our hosting.
What is included in "Unlimited Edits"?
We believe digital stagnation is fatal, so your website must evolve. Unlike standard maintenance, our service includes active design refinements, section redesigns, and layout updates to keep your brand looking modern. While this doesn't cover building a completely new platform from scratch, we encourage constant evolution of your existing site to move with the times.
Can I switch from Monthly to Ownership later?
Yes. If you start on the Partner Model and decide you want to own the code and host it yourself, we can calculate a buyout fee based on your tenure. We believe in earning your business every month, not trapping you.
Is SEO included?
All our websites are built with "Technical SEO" fundamentals (speed, schema, semantic structure). However, active SEO campaigns (blogging, backlinking, keyword tracking) are separate services we offer to help you climb the rankings.
